Our story

Mario founded Dem Boyz & Diva in 2013 with a purpose: to build a business he could one day pass down to his children.

Today, Mario remains hands-on as an owner/operator. His daughter supports the business behind the scenes through bookkeeping and client management. Together, they're building something rooted in family, accountability, and Tulsa.
